**Job Summary**
If you are a Field Service professional looking to advance your career in the service space, Emerson has an exciting role for you! Based in Singapore, the Field Service Engineer will be in-charge of valve servicing in house and at customer sites inclusive of site walks and site implementation.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Participates in site survey and site implementation for all valves relating initiatives.
+ Troubleshoots valves and control instruments issues at site for customers.
+ Works with customer service team to schedule and prepare execution plan for service jobs.
+ Conducts valve repair work both in-house and at customers' site when required.
+ Works with other teams within Final Control Group to generates report for customers on root cause analysis.
+ Works with the business unit on customer's challenges and derive solutions to solve other issues that they are facing.
