Directly interface with Customer Supplier Quality Engineers to collaborate on PI product quality topics Assist PI Sales team in on customer quality matters Lead 8D investigations into quality issues affecting customers in region Obtain failure analysis data and results and prepare final customer facing 8D reports (English and or Mandarin) Support customer PPAP and documentation requests Facilitate and manage problem resolution with support from Engineering teams in company headquarters Visit customers as necessary to resolve customer satisfaction issues arising from product quality issues.
