Senior Executive/Culinary (2-year contract)

Overview

What the role is:

You will manage end-to-end procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory management while supporting Business School's events and institutional initiatives. You will also serve as the SIT - Culinary Institute of America (CIA) Liaison Officer, coordinating with key partners including CIA Singapore, SIT, and Temasek Polytechnic to ensure seamless programme and operational delivery, while upholding Total Workplace Safety and Health (TWSH) standards in the Temasek Culinary Academy (TCA) kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development and preparation of Invitation to Tender (ITT), Invitation to Quote (ITQ), and Purchase Order documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
