Responsibilities Own daily brand report updation and ensure all reports are updated accurately within defined timelines. Manage payout computation and payout tracking for all Offline DSAs and ZET Pros with proper validation and reconciliation. Coordinate with Offline DSAs and ZET Pros for escalations, operational queries, and daily offline report sharing. Ensure payout data is validated and reconciled accurately before processing to avoid discrepancies. Work closely with internal business, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution of offline operations. Track operational metrics and identify gaps or inefficiencies in reporting and payout workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in operations, business operations, payout operations, or process management roles.
