Primary Objectives of Position:

Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of talent management, succession planning, leadership development and career development initiatives to strengthen SBS Transit Group’s leadership pipeline and build future-ready capabilities.

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of talent management and succession planning frameworks to strengthen the organisation's leadership pipeline.
