4.UpdatesparesrequirementinFSMbasedonengineer’sfeedbackfromtheretailoutlet.

5.Co-ordinationwiththestoresteamfordispatchofrequiredsparestotheengineers.

6.TakeregularfeedbackfromengineersandupdateFSMandoilcompanyportalaccordingly.

7.Sendquotationstocustomersforchargeablejobs.

8.AttachapprovalcopyreceivedfromcustomeragainstitsworkorderinFSM.

9.FollowupwithengineersforBreakdownservicereports.

10.SegregatebillableservicereportsandattachitagainstitsworkorderinFSM.

11.Respondtocustomercallsande-mails.

12.Followupwithserviceengineerstosenddefectivesparestoservicecentreonaweeklybasis.

13.EnsuretimelyexecutionofDUinstallationandprojectjobs.

14.Engineersupportduringintroductionofnewequipmentornewbusinessactivity.
