About the Role
HRSI is seeking a dynamic and technically inclined Senior Executive – Sales & Development for one of our clients to support product development initiatives and coordinate between technical, operational, and commercial teams. This role is ideal for candidates with a blend of engineering knowledge and business coordination skills within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product development trials and assist in R&D activities
- Coordinate with Product Development (PD) and Operations teams to evaluate technical feasibility, design optimization, and production challenges
- Assist in preparing project budgets and financial analysis reports for management
