Job Overview

Intermediate / Senior Estimator – Water/Wastewater Construction. Looking for an experienced construction professional to join our Civil Estimating team and work on Water/Wastewater projects across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and tenders from concept to submission.
• Review drawings and specifications to develop a thorough understanding of project needs and risks.
• Select and contact sub‑contractors and suppliers, obtaining quotations.
• Prepare and review supplier and sub‑contractor scopes of work.
• Produce quality take‑offs with a focus on self‑performed and self‑priced tasks.
• Close tenders in consultation with senior managers and finalize submission.
• Assist with coding of estimates when the company is the successful bidder.
• Review preliminary work schedules using MS Project.
