Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and Building projects (roads bridges utilities rail Industrial Buildings).
- Review tender documents drawings and specifications to understand project scope.
- Develop and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Perform rate analysis for materials labor equipment and subcontract works.
