Senior Engineering Manager - Product Platform (100% Remote within Spain)

Job Description

This position is to lead a part of the Platform group, which focuses on building tools and systems to improve the software development lifecycle. The group plays a pivotal role in supporting hundreds of engineers across the company. As an Engineering Manager you’ll support AI integration in products, foster experimentation and prototyping to drive innovation through data.

Responsibilities

Managing the team

• Lead and represent a team of multi-disciplinary squads.
• Provide accountability for all the initiatives of your teams.
• Work closely with the technical leaders of the group and the area to develop an effective technical strategy.
• Act as a point of reference for our Leadership team and for the main stakeholders of your teams.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching inside the team, through regular feedback and performance assessments.
