ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior Engineer to join the Managed Service Operations Team in India. S/he will be responsible for quickly learning and mastering multi-orbit terminal and platform satcom systems and then imparting that knowledge to the shift teams. This role is essential to ensuring that the Managed Service Operations has the necessary technical expertise to resolve issues independently and operate efficiently.
