Mechanical Design & Drafting
- Develop 2D and 3D mechanical designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD .
- Create detailed drawings, assemblies, layout plans, fabrication details, and BOMs.
- Review and update existing mechanical designs to improve performance, durability, and cost efficiency.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design refinement.
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing mechanical systems, equipment, and construction processes.
- Apply engineering analysis, root‑cause analysis (RCA), and improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, value engineering).
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, installation efficiency, and material usage reduction.
