This role offers exposure to global projects, advanced furnace technologies, and cutting-edge process optimisation within a consulting engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process Engineering & Design
Provide specialist pyrometallurgical process engineering input across multiple projects.
Develop and review:
o Process Design Basis and Design Criteria
o Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
o Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
o Process, Operation and Control (POC) philosophies
Conduct phase chemistry analysis, including slag and metal behaviour.
Support furnace design, operation, start-up, and idling strategies.
