Develop the Asset capability in operational failure root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and to safely maximize asset availability and deliverability.
Develop the loss reporting and lesson learned procedures to deliver a sustainable documented process.
Develop knowledge in Well Operations activity to become the primary asset focal point for well operational integrity.
As a key position within the Sarawak Asset Team, assist safe delivery of production forecasts by providing operational x-discipline support through pro-actively liaising with onshore discipline operational support positions in other departments as required.
