Senior Engineer – Process Control (Metrology & AOI)

Responsibilities: Manage automated optical inspection (AOI) tools to ensure optimal performance Create and optimize recipes for AOI tool (Nikon) Provide technical support for AOI and metrology-related issues in the production line Monitor manufacturing processes to reduce process variations. Analyse manufacturing process stability and troubleshoot deviations. Assist in resolving process engineering issues. Conduct GR&R studies and ensure measurement system reliability. Qualify new metrology tools to meet production requirements. Collect data for analysis to identify improvement opportunities Assist in the implementation of improvement projects Perform evaluations and experiments to enhance process performance.
