Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and improve value stream flow. Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making. Facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and cross-functional teams. Drive the implementation and sustainability of Lean systems and continuous improvement programs. Act as a change agent, promoting operational excellence and organizational capability development.
