Process Planning & Coordination Assist in preparing Process plans, schedules, and timelines for new camshaft development.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Design, CNC machining, Grinding, Heat Treatment, Quality, SCM).
Track progress of activities like prototype manufacturing, tool readiness, fixture development, and PPAP documentation Cost Monitoring & Budget Support Assist in capturing Process cost elements (tooling cost, machining cost, prototype cost).
Monitor Process expenses and report deviations to senior managers.
Help in preparing cost‑benefit or ROI analyses for new Process. Support to New Development Support in feasibility studies for new camshaft profiles and specifications.
Participate in trials (pre‑production runs, machining trials, hardening trials).
