Senior Engineer

Role description

Provide end-to-end technical civil design services for urban development projects, delivering compliant, high-quality, and efficient solutions through effective collaboration, resource planning, technical leadership, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical civil design services including roads, utilities, stormwater, earthworks, flood analysis, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), quantity take-offs, and technical reporting, in line with project programme, quality, budget, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across Arcadis GECs and global offices to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Plan and allocate work to optimize resource utilization and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor, guide, and provide technical advice to junior team members, supporting their professional development.
