Senior Engineer I Proposals

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ **Engaging with Sales Team** - Collaborate closely with the Sales team. Understand specific pursuit opportunity insights, engage into customer interactions. Ensure alignment with Emerson strategic objectives (e.g. execution strategy).
+ **Proficient in interpreting customer specifications** - Understand Customer specifications and challenges. Tailor proposals accordingly. Engage Solution Architect and Sales engineer to align Emerson proposed solution. Participate in pre- and post-sales customer clarification meetings.
+ **Alignment with Operations / Execution** - Work closely with Operations (Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and review proposal strategies together (lessons learned)
+ **Creating Competitive Proposals** - Optimize solutions while maintaining competitiveness. Proposals would be multi-million, varying complexity and possibility of multi-location execution scope.
