Senior Engineer I, Digital Technical Support
This role supports the Digital Sales team by providing technical assistance to customers in the Middle East and Africa. Duties include responding to inquiries, generating proposals, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. The position is located in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Proactively work with customers to resolve open issues or pending clarifications.
- Assist and handle customer issues or concerns, coordinating with relevant parties.
- Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to applications, products, and processes.
- Provide proposals for customer RFQs, including review of technical and commercial requirements, data sheets, model number validation/creation, buy-outs, pricing, lead time, sizing, and technical clarifications.
