Job Type: Full timeJob Responsibilities:• Lead the preparation of technical inputs for the firefighting area of the project across different design phases, from master plan to detailed design.• Review and develop fire protection design basis reports focused on the firefighting area.• Review and design the firefighting drawings (schematics, riser diagrams, layouts) in line with the International Building Code (IBC) and relevant National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards.• Conduct rigorous technical assessments to uphold the highest quality standards.• Review shop drawings for the fire alarm and fighting system as per applicable codes and standards.• Conduct regular/periodic fire safety inspections and generate inspection reports with action plans for comment rectification.• Witness cause and effect, and other performance...
