• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients serving as the primary point of contact
• Leading client by taking a consultative approach, delivering strategic insight and strong business thinking
• Leading annual planning, scope definition, and 1 - 3 year growth strategies
• Overseeing delivery of promotional sales windows, brand campaigns and organic social ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs
• Staying current on industry trends to inform innovative client solutions
