• Depot is based in Rockhampton, with regional travel required, plus WFH
• Supervisor for the delivery of building works, WHS and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert electrical engineering advice and technical supervision across maintenance, construction, and upgrade projects.
• Lead and mentor teams, managing performance, development, and apprentice supervision.
• Ensure full compliance with electrical safety legislation, Australian Standards, and the company Electrical Safety Management System.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and quality inspections of field staff and contractors to uphold WHS and electrical compliance.
