**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Lead and optimize electrical systems supporting cement production, utilities, and material handling operations
+ Drive reliability, safety, and performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades and capital projects
+ Apply standards and best practices to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and company policies
