Engineering lead of Agile team(s) working with multiple Kontoor brands and regions. Oversee development including mentoring and coaching developers on architecturally sound solutions that are properly extended and readily upgraded. Establishing and maintaining engineering guidelines including test driven development. Development of complex projects and key components/frameworks. Drive technical process improvements (Dev Ops) to Kontoor’s site release strategy. Manage and attack technical debt and complexity reduction.
