The role focuses on data modeling, integration development, and platform optimization rather than greenfield implementation.
Scope
Further develop and optimise the existing On-Trade Sales app.
Work mainly within Resco Mobile CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
Improve existing app functionality, workflows, forms and views.
Reduce manual CRM workarounds by moving relevant steps into the app.
Improve the mobile and iPad user experience for the field sales team.
Support better visit planning through improved CRM data and app logic....
