About the Role

As part of the Engineering Department, you will oversee drill and blast engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality patterns and plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead drill and blast team in project delivery
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policies
• Develop strategic monthly and quarterly drill plans
