-We are seeking a Senior Director for the TeraWave project to build and lead a team developing software for optical and RF communication payload flight systems, user terminals, and gateway terminals. This executive will define software architecture from prototyping through to high-volume production for advanced 6 Tbps satellite communications. The role requires strong leadership in developing space-grade software working in collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
