The **Senior** **Director, Data & AI Platform Engineering** will play a crucial role in building out our enterprise data platform to support analytics and AI. As Director, you will lead engineers who are responsible for delivering an exceptional platform engineering service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to transform ambiguous problems into practical solutions. They should be able to connect abstract concepts to business challenges and leverage technical debt to create strategic opportunities for our company. Collaboration with leaders from various business units, functions, and departments will be key in supporting and implementing data-driven decisions of the highest quality including Data Analytics, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure seamless coordination.
