The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Development Manager to join the sequel to ALIEN:ISOLATION being built in Unreal Engine 5 (UE5).

This role will be based at our headquarter in Horsham, in the heart of West Sussex.

You will work with cross-discipline leads and other Development Managers to balance scope with capacity, track progress, implement and improve processes, people management, and mitigate risks while upholding and maintaining a quality bar.

This role can be offered as fully in-studio or hybrid with an expectation of 2 days a week in our Horsham studio. This role cannot offer fully remote working. Further details can be discussed during the recruitment process.
