Senior Designer (Toronto)

Overview

Senior Designer – Full-time, hybrid (3 days in the office per week). Location: Toronto, Canada. Office address: 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto. Requisition ID: JR- . This role reports to the Associate Creative Director and is part of the Creative Team.

Responsibilities

• Leads design of Tier 1 (strategically important) campaigns, with input from the ACD and ECD, concepting ideas and bringing them to life across all brands and channels
• Help guide and support in the creation of strategic designs for Tier 2 (tactically important) projects for all brands within the organization
• Create high-quality design assets and visual systems with strong attention to craft, detail, and brand consistency
• Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and hands-on support
