We are searching for Senior Day Program Counselors to join our agency.Senior Day Program Counselors will provide full support to individuals including; dining, lifting, direct personal care, development and implementation of activities, supervision/oversight of individuals to ensure that they are carrying out their goals.Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for accurately documenting and providing services to the individuals they support
+ Promote independence and community inclusion
+ Responsible for the implementation of the day program plans, opportunities for self-determination, independent activity, increased productivity and greater community inclusion
+ May function as a Team Leader for each individual assigned
+ May be responsible for the direction of all staff assigned to that program area
