About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll lead AI/ML initiatives to uncover customer insights, optimize operations, and personalize services. Your work will influence strategic decisions and unlock new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, including Generative AI and LLMs.
- Build and deploy predictive models for customer journeys, eligibility, and cross-sell optimization.
- Analyze customer behavior across mobile, broadband, and entertainment services.
- Drive experimentation (A/B testing, uplift modeling, campaign analytics).
- Mentor junior data scientists and ensure best practices.
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
