The Arcturus Downs Aggregation is a highly developed 16,500ha aggregation in Central Queensland, the enterprise combines dryland and irrigated cropping, grazing, and environmental plantings. The Role The Senior Cropping Manager will lead all cropping operations across 8,000ha (7,000ha dryland, 1,000ha irrigated), reporting to the Aggregation Manager. This is a strategic and operational role overseeing crop planning, irrigation, agronomy, infrastructure redevelopment, and team leadership.
