Role Summary
The Senior Copilot Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio-based conversational agents as part of Client’s AI Hackathon Product ionization initiative. This role focuses on delivering functional V1 agents deployed to Microsoft Teams, prioritizing core business value and feasibility over full enterprise hardening.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for deployment into Microsoft Teams
Productionize existing POCs, refining prompts, conversation flows, and integrations rather than building from scratch
Integrate Copilot agents with backend systems using Custom Connectors and Power Automate (read-only integrations)
