About the Role
General Description
This position will be responsible for the simulation, design and calibration of control algorithm for various AWD product, including Transfer Case, Coupling, LSD, etc.
Key Accountabilities
+ Designing and developing new control algorithms for leading edge all-wheel-drive system products using model-based development method
+ Modeling of the control object and algorithm and perform system simulation
+ Creating control documentation, software requirements & implement them into the controllers/vehicles
+ Evaluating customer specific control logic change request and implement according to customer requirements
+ Conducting vehicle dynamics simulation for all-wheel-drive systems to assess control algorithm or product changes
+ Testing and calibrating control algorithm in the vehicle to make sure the system provides customer desired balance among multiple targets
