A well-established WA commercial builder is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator or experienced Intermediate CA to join their growing team and play a key role across a strong pipeline of apartment, mixed-use and aged care developments.

This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, low-hierarchy business with genuine long-term stability, direct access to leadership and the chance to work on boutique commercial projects that are well funded and already secured.
