Job Requirements & Benefits
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. An active PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of solid GCC experience, specifically leading high-rise luxury developments from excavation to final handover.
- Key Responsibilities: Administer FIDIC contracts, resolve major site disputes, manage project cash flow, and secure all final RERA and municipality completion certificates.
