Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Executive to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, experience in handling international customers, and the ability to efficiently resolve customer queries while delivering a high standard of support service. Candidates with prior banking domain experience will be preferred.
