As a Senior Client Relationship Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for account management, focusing on post‑sales activities, complex contractual and plan design inquiries, and the installation of new business through client strategy. You will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth within the region.
