Senior Civil & Structural Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large, complex civil and structural projects, ensuring they are completed on time,within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee coordination between all project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring the effective use of materials, equipment,and labor.
• Ensure that resources are available and used efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines
• Coordinate and communicate with regulatory bodies, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

Job Requirements:
