The role of Change Control Management is to ensure the continuous availability of IT services through themanagement and governance of change requests. This role ensures that all changes introduced in the clients live production environment happens in acontrolled and coordinated manner, ensuring minimal disruption of services. Change Control Management ensures that standardized methods and procedures are in place for efficienthandling of all change requests.
