Senior Change Manager at Nutrien

Lead Nutrien’s Organizational Change Management Office as a Senior Manager, ensuring successful change outcomes across the enterprise. You will focus on change governance, leadership alignment, and business readiness.
This role reports to the Director of Corporate PMO and involves evolving and sustaining change capabilities. You’ll establish standards and strategic governance, manage resources, and develop a scalable change model. Your efforts will drive adoption, value realization, and effective change management across the organization.
