Senior Careers Advisor (m/f/d)

BSBI is seeking a Senior Careers & Internship Advisor to support the expansion of our Careers Service and the implementation of the mandatory internship programme at our Barcelona and Madrid campuses. This role combines career guidance for students and graduates with strong business growth responsibilities, particularly by building bridges with industry and securing internship agreements for BSBI students. You will report to the Head of Careers Service and you will be based in Madrid.

• Provide individual career counselling and group guidance to students and graduates
• Deliver in cooperation with Careers Service a variety of career‑related in‑person, online or hybrid on‑campus workshops
