About the Role
We're looking for a strategic senior business development representative to work with enterprise-level accounts. You'll be joining a hungry, high-energy team focused on attaining targets and attracting the right customers to Noibu. In this role, you'll research target accounts, craft personalized outreach across multiple channels, and partner closely with marketing on Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to create high‑quality opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create top-of-funnel enterprise-level pipeline.
- Utilize all prospecting channels to reach out to prospects (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct account research to ensure relevant, personalized messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing on ABM campaigns.
- Support teammates with best practices (and learn theirs) in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity targets.
