As the pipeline expands and new markets, government, and emerging verticals come into focus, the organization needs a Senior BD Manager who can architect growth strategy, build scalable lead generation frameworks, manage and mentor a team, and personally drive high-value client closures.
This is not a manager who delegates and reviews from a distance. This is a player-coach, someone who can finalize a pitch deck on a Tuesday and present a new market entry framework to leadership on a Wednesday.
