Senior Business Consultant

Position Description: This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown office / Client office at a minimum 1-2 days per week - subject to change at any time. The candidate will be a Sr. Business Consultant with deep expertise in commercial banking lending and credit processes, support clients in optimizing lending operations, enhancing system utilization, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize commercial lending processes across the full credit lifecycle, including facility management.
• Provide expertise in Loan IQ, XAM, and Livelink to support system enhancements, workflow improvements, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and drive operational efficiencies.
