Business Analyst | Hybrid | Dayshift (Project Based)
Hire Type: Project Based (5 mos)
Work set-up: Hybrid (3 days RTO, 2-days WFH)
Location: Makati City
Schedule: 9AM-6PM MNL
Required Background
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information
Systems/Technology or related
• 5-8 years of solid BA experience in Financial Services
- Life Insurance or Bancassurance required
• Practical experience in Agile delivery
Must-Have Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear English communication across all business levels
• Good facilitation and influencing skills — must work effectively across a large org
and build cross-functional relationships
