Business Analyst – BOT & Automation Integration
Primary Skills: Airline Industry Systems, Reservation Systems, BOT & Automation Technologies, Systems Integration & API Knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for BOT initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create effective conversation flows and user journeys.
- Work closely with vendor and internal developers to clarify requirements, review designs, and participate in development discussions.
- Ensure seamless integration of BOT solutions with airline systems such as Reservation Systems, Departure Control Systems, and Loyalty Platforms.
- Define and validate API requirements, data mapping, and system workflows.
