Role: Senior Buildings Technician

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Buildings Technician to join a busy facility and building services team supporting a specialist technical environment.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining facilities maintenance, building services, technical support, contractor coordination, and project work. You'll play a key role in ensuring buildings, equipment, and essential services are maintained safely and efficiently while supporting the day-to-day operation of the site.
Responsibilities include:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across buildings and facilities.
Maintain and repair building fabric including basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs.
